When the treaties with Hungary and Turkey are settled, the Conference must determine the frontiers of smoe of the territories adjoining Russia. In this connection it will be necessary to treat with Russia. Some sixty complicated questions connected with the treaties are still unsolved, and the Conference thus has sufficient work for the whole of the winter.
