ROUMANIANS DEFY THE ALLIES

\ Buda Pesth advices state that, in 1 defiance of warnings from .rims, the Roumanians continue their requisitions. They have now notified the Hungarian Ministry . of their intention to.search the Hungarian archives. They have placed guards at all museums and art galleries, which are being searched for treasures. The Roumanians have seized much railway material, paralysing traffic, while the telegraph and telephone equipment, machinery and factories, and the entire stock of the Goyernmeut stud farms have been taken over.
