STOCKHOLM, August 30. Lenin, speaking at Moscow on the defeat of Bolshevism in Buda Pesth, said the worst enemies of Bolshevism were the moderate Socialists, who also menaced Bolshevism in Russia. The only efficient weapon against moderation was red terror. It was the failure of the Hungarian Communists to use terrorism that caused their downfall.
