CLEVER DETECTIVE
Yesterday, at Everybody's, Virginia Pearson scored an emphatic hit in her new t-creen play "Queen of Hearts.'' In order to solve the mystery of her father's sudden and tragic death, a young woman becomes the leader of a coterie of professional gamblers. Her graces of manner and innocent charm strongly attract three of the gamesters, whilo }it tbe same time circumstantial evidence points strongly to all three as Ihe guiity man. The young woman traces each clue to its solution, and in the end detects and denounces the guilty person, and gains happiness for herself and her lover.
