CIVILIAN FLYING
LONDON, May 4 In connection with to-day's resumption of civilian flying, the Air Ministry has issued regulations defining air laws', providing for the hatlf-yearly medical examination of pilots, for daily tests c: passenger machines, forbidding stunting and tricks, and landing and flying in populous areas; the passing of machines must be two hundred yards apart, ana aeroplanes must give way to airships.
