M. Hymans, Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs, has gone from Paris to Brussels bearing fresh proposal. Received 1.30 a.m., May 6. BRUSSELS, May 5.
Owing to the Peace Conference refusal to accept responsibility for 350 millions sterling of German paper money circulating in Belgium, a great agitation la being raised against signing the» Peace Treaty.
