PARIS, May 4
It is understood a clause inserted in the Treaty prohibits Germany having any voice in agreements the Allies make with Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria, Turkey and Russia. It is alleged that the Germans at Versailles Questioned the absence of Italian credentials from those submitted by the Allies, also the fact that all Entente Powers have not yet recognised the new Jugo-Slav kingdom.
