The exports from Germany will be divided into two groups, consisting of products whose export must be limited, and those which will be free fron; restrictions. Securities, gold and silver cannot be exported at present. The exportation of dyes, coal and coke products, timber, potash, drugs and other raw materials will be permitted in limited quantities^ on which priority rights regarding price and delivery will be accorded to the Allies.
