WELLINGTON, January 21

The Wellington Returned Soldiers' Club held a reception to General Pau to-day. He was presented with a New Zealand returned soldiers' badge in gold inscribed "Pau, 1919," and was asked to accept life membership in the Association.

General Pau, in accepting, said New Zealand soldiers' part in the war would never be forgotten.
