CLEARANCE SALE OF GOOD HOUSEHOLD EFFECTS.

C. H. Burnett advertises in our auction' sales column the clearance of Mr Merjins household furniture and effects, at the residence, No. 7, Watkin street, just off Carlton Avenue, at the rear of Mr J. A. Thompson's grocery store. The lines to offer are in good condition, and amongst them are a good motor cycle, excellent sewing machine, marble clock, bedroom suite, etc. The full list appears in this issue. The sale will be held to-morrow Thursdaiy, 3rd October, commencing at 1 p.m.
