MARTON, October 1. The competitions were continued, today and to-night with much success. Following are the results: —

Piano solo (under 16). — Miss Ella Hutchins 1, Hetty Hunter 2, Dorptiiy \y-Jute-head 3.

Ballet dancing.—Dorothy Parkes ]

Boys' solo (under 16). —Clarence Gibbons I, Willie Sutcliffe 2, R. McKenzie 3.

Girls' Recitation (under 9). — Marjorie Prince 1, Betty Stringer 2, Vivian Barltrop 3.

Character recital (in costume). — Eileen Ward 1, Eric Hunt 2.

Girls' recitation (under 17). —Stella Locher 1, Coralie Batten 2.

Musical monologue.— Gladys Gamman 1.

The competitions are concluding with a grand concert on Wednesday night, when the winning baby will be awarded the medal.
