LONDON, October 26
v The escape of the Russian fleet from the trap in Riga Bay is regarded as a remarkable feat, as twenty second-class Russian warships eluded sixty German warships, including super-dreadnoughts. - It is interpreted as meaning either that the Russians out-manoeuvred the Germans or the latter had another mutiny, seriously affecting the German norale.
