v LONDON, Oct. 25. A wireless Russian official message states that the enemy has retired for fifteen miles in the Riga region and near the Pskov high-road and Little Gagel. \ Our vanguards in some sectors lost touch with the retiring Germans. The enemy destroyed all buildings, roads, and bridges during the retreat. We repelled the enemy's attempts to effect a landing at Tomba, southward of Werda. - '
