WAR WORK.

The Women's National Reserve will entertain the soldiers' mothers and wives on Saturday, the 27th inst., in St. Paul's Hall. Owing to unforeseen circumstances the gathering at Mrs. Mackay's grounds has been postponed until next month. All mothers and wives are accordingly invited to be present to-morrow, when they will be provided with, an enjoyable afternoon tea and a good musical programme. Members of the Reserve are asked to kiridlv contribute towards the afternoon tea. Mothers of soldiers requiring badges (Is 6d) at the meeting, are asked to send the number, unit, and reinforcement of their son as soon as possible to Miss Chapman, 103 Bell St.
