WARNING TO THE WAR LORDS.
BERNE, August 29. German Republican circles in Switzerland urge that the Entente should threaten Germany with a. commercial boycott for five, ten, or twenty years. Such an ultimatum would suffice to bring the German War Lords to reason, and they would soon be convnced that the Entente means business.
Germany, replying to the Austrian appeal for reinforcements, declares that she is unable to render assistance, and also refuses to ssend aeroplanes, despite Italy's marked superiority in the air.
