Special to "Chronicle." • MARTON, August 29. An election to fill the vacancy on the MartQa\ Borough Council, caused by the resignation of Cr. Lloyd, took place to-day and resulted in the return of Mr. James Wilson, who polled 202 votes against 111 by Mr. J. F. Siceley.
