RUSSIA COMING BACK
LONDON, August 19. A correspondent at British Headquarters reports that Sir Douglas Haig has received a telegram from General Korniloff stating that he is convinced the re-establishment of strict discipline in the Russian armies mil be accomplished and that they will devote all their powers at an early date to assist the efforts of the Allies towards the attainment of the common object.
