A FANCIFUL PICTURE.
-NEW YOEK, February 4 . The Tribune writer states that huge diving cruisers will lead Germany's Uooat armada. There will be EOOO ton submarines, with, a su .ace speed of knots, carrying thirty torpedo tubes, and 22 disappearing guns. The Tribune correspondent, who spent months in Germany, says that a hundred ncr? and terrible sea monsters have been released from Kiel, Hamburg, and other ports. They can fire undersea torpedoes, or meet protected cruisers in an equal combat on the surface. Germany is playing her last trump witi these:

LONDON, February 4. The latest sinkings include the Norwegian, steamer Beinlandfirst, which wag mined, seven being drowned, also the British steam trawlers Alexandra and Shamrock.
