WASHINGTON, Feb. 5. There are many evidences of prepara. tion for the possibility of war.
Mr Daniels will ask Congress for authority to commandeer private ammunition and equipment plants. The Senate approved of Bills to facilitate dealing witfi spies. The publication of naval orders has terminated.
