TWO ENEMY CRUISERS SEIZED.

NEW YORK, Feb. 4. Two interned auxiliary cruisers, the Kaiser Wilhelm 11. (19,361 tons) and the Frederick der Grosse (10,771 tons) have b.een seized and the crews imprisoned.

Panama reports that four interned Hamburg-American steamships have been seized at Christobal, and protective measures taken in the Canal zone. There is a belief in some quarters that Germany may reply with a declaration of war.
