The Royal Dramatic and Comecry Company opened their' ssason at the Opera- House last evening, when tnev produced the drama, "Madame X." The drama is well constructed, and is extremely emotional. The company, taken altogether, is of a good standard and, in their hands, the drama was weil pJoduced. The audience demonstrated tleir approval by frequerit hearty appiaust. An excellent orchestra added much to the success of the performance, the solo violinist being particularly good.
