A GERMAN SOCIALIST'S VIEW.
'(Router's Telegram.) AMSTERDAM, Dec. 19. Herr Schneidmann, leader of the German Socialist majority, writing in the " Cologne Gazette," emphatically denies the statement that he condemned the Belgian deportations. Referring to peace, he says that if the terms included depriving Germany of a single, province, she would immediately commence re-arniing to re-capture' it.
