At the ordinary meeting of tho Marton Borough Council on Monday night it was decided to attend to the "dangerous state of the road at the Pukepapa ■railway crossing.
Right of way to. Messrs Davenport Bros.' premises in High Street was t gr anted.

It was decided that an offer of £220 bo mado to Messrs Clare and Buckingham, of Waitara. for tho purchase of stone enisher, elevators, etc., f.0.b., railway trucks.
