(Per Pjess Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, March 21 Colin C. Forsytfi. pleaded guilty at the Police Court on two charges of evading the payment of Customs dues, involving £33. It is sa.id that the goods got through with his firm's consignments. The case has ho connection with the .recent frauds, and the defendant supplied the information on which the charges were based. He was fined £100 on each charge, reduceable on the first of £15.
