TO USE WESTPORT COAL.

SYDNEY, March 20.
Senator Millen, Federal Minister of Defence, in a statement, declares that after exhaustive tests it has been decided that the Australian navy cannot use Austrilain coal owing to the large percentage of ash, clinker, and smoke, and will have to use Westport coal as in the past. In this connection the VSun": publishes an article declaring 'that the*-battleship Australia's boilers have already been ruined by the use of Australian coal. This is officially denied.
