LONDON, March. 22. Mr Churchill visited Colonel Seely. The latter declares that appropriate measures are being taken to deal with, officers resigning. • Mr Asquith believes tliat the Government has succeeded in limiting the area of the resignations. The "Morning Post" declares that the Unionists must insist on the reinstatement of the officers without loss of seniority.
