Picture patrons will learn with pleasure that Fullers' Pictures will resume occupation of the new His Majesty's Theatre this afternoon and to-night, and in celebration of the long spell, a particularly choice assortsmont of cinematographic subjects •will be shown, headed by the thrilling drama, " The Chinese , Death Thorn." This is said to he a lather sensational story of the underworld, and is of a nature that will interest and excite the most casual of pic-ture-patrons. This star gem will be supported by a suitable and first-class supplementary programme at both performances to-day. "KING OF THE AIR." "The King of the Air,"-a drama of exceptional interest, will doubtless be a great draw at His Majesty's on Monday and following nights. The film is: a masterpiece of coloured photography, and abounds with interesting' incident. The drama culminates in an exciting aeroplane race from Paris to Holland and back, and twice the aeroplane of tiK hero can be seen circling the Eiffel Tower. For the purposes of the drama one of'the aeroplanes was fitted with a moving picture camera, and beautiful panoramas of Dutch scenery are thus realistically depicted, and an idea can be gained of the speed at which ian aeroplane: travels. The drama-j which takes up more than half th© programme, is bound to prove extremely popular, as it has been wherever shown. It has created a furore ai.each city, and in fact, in Auck- , land it ran for a week, and hundreds were turned away nightly.
