ODGERS SENTENCED TO DEATH

Odgers was found guilty of the murder of Mrs Molyneaux and was sentenced to death. He protested his innocence.
Odgsrs visited Molyneaux's house early in October, after bowowing a rifle and ammunition, and demanded to see Mrs Molyneaux, The husband warned her to escape land then, after a struggle with Odgers, fled with two children. Subsequently several shots were heard, and' Mrs Molyneaux' was afterwards found dead. Odgers was discovered a mile from the st'ene of the tragedy, shot through'the mouth, with his jaw fractured, Later on it was cabled that he was believed to have murdered a farmer named Walker.
