Borden despatched the following message of congratulatna to the Australian Government on the occasion of the arrival of the warships !n Australian waters: —" Be assured "' hat Canada stands shoulder to shoulder^ with Australia and other overs^ns Dominions in a firm resolve to guard cur common heritage."
