WELLINGTON, September 12. All cargo recoverable without diving has now been taken out of the Devon. Nothing further will be done until instructions are received from those nitertested in the cargo, and tne hull will 1 )G dealt with by the underwriters and owners. The diver completed his inspection to-day, and the result will be communicated to Lloyds .
