An extensive conspiracy in connection with i>, scheme for illicit exportation of gold from South Africa has just been brought to light at Johannesburg.

It has been discovered that largo quantities of tho precious metal, in the form of ingots, were packed in parcels which purported to contain nothing moro valuablo than process blocks. The payments for tho gold appear to havo been made to a man in Johannesburp; who war, dealing with a wealthy English syndicate.
