CAPTAIN SCOTT 'S EXPEDITION.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, October 30
Commander Evans, of the British Antarctic expedition, arrived from England via Sydney to-day, and will join tho Terra Nova at Lyttelton. Tho Terra Nova is expected to leave the southern port towards the end of December for Capo Evans, tho base of the expedition, and will bring back Captain Scott and tho members of his party. The vessel is expected to return to New Zealand about the end of March.
