TERRITORIALS ON STRIKE.

Tho Westport territorials to-night refused to attend parade, the reason given being tho non-enforcement of the clauses of the Act compelling absentees to attend. With a roll of 95, the company has had an averago attendance of only 30 to 35, and those who have attended regularly resent the immunity enjoyed by the absentees. The Millerton men have refused to attend and no action has been taken. It is understood Deuniston will follow West-port's example.
