SCUTARI SURRENDERS.

Montenegrins secured the surrender of Scutari after bombarding for a quarter of an hour, without doing damage. Envoys proceeded to tho town to negotiato tho surrender.

Vienna wires state thnt its fall is imminent, .also that the Balkan. League intend to resist the deprivation of the fruits of tho conrmost and establish a confederacy with a. customs union.
Tho Montenegrin army is within five miles of tho Servians ft S'pnitza.
