CONSTANTINOPLE. October 25

Ifkki Pasha had his troops drawn i.p in Eehellonod on the plain, near Kumanova. when ho learned that a smaller Bulgarian force was endeavouring to junction the tour Servian divisions. Ifkki attacked tho Servians, who fled in confusion, leaving battery, artillery, and tKo general's flag, and many prisoners and wounded. Meanwhile tho Bulgarians attempted 5 diversion by means of a flank attack from tho Kosiak mountains. Ifkki turned a division round on tho Bulgarians, capturing four field guns.
