APPEAL COURT.

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 25. At tho conclusion of Mr Neave's argument in the Crown case reserved in Rex v. Creamer, the Court of Appeal delivered oral judgments. The Court held that the finding on the first count amounted to a verdict of not guilty, but that the finding on the second count was inconclusive, and ,a new trial must bo ordered upon this and the fourth count, upon which the jury could not agree. The prisoner, however, has the benefit of the findings of not guilty on the first and third counts.
