GOOD PRICES REALISED
Good prices are being realised for fat stock, ami sheep from this district at present compare very favourably with thoso of any part of New Zealand. That young cattle aro also in demand was evident at tho .last Taihape stock sale, when a pen of mixed yearlings brought £-1: per head. Tho animals had a strain of tho Jersey in them, which probably accounts for the high price, ar. anything of Jersey extraet'on always commands good prices locally.
