A Huntly correspondent telegraphs r mis morning Messrs Kennedy and Peter • * raser (ex-president of the Labour Union, from Waihi), visited Huntly and were received with three rousing cheers from men about the tin ion office Mr 1< raser stated to a pressman that theraine owners at Waihi were beaten and showed a tabulated statement of the men employed there. He asserted that only eleven competent miners were employed.
