LONDON, October 22. Tho Government accented an amendment removing Trinity College, Dublin, from tho control of the Irish Parliament. Tho Right Hon. Mr. Birrell thought tho demand unnecessary, but Mr. Redmond offered no objection. The Labour Party supported the Government in leaving tho control of labour legislation to the Irish Parliament. Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald said that English factory legislation was disappointingly administered in Ireland. -~*
