TEMPLER—THOMPSON
A pretty wedding was celebrated at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church on Wednesday afternoon, when Mr. Guy M. Templer, son of Mr. R. C. Templer, headmaster of Tarata school, Taranaki, was united in the bonds of holy matrimony to Miss Katie Thonlson, youngest daughter of Mr. Andrew Thomson, of Wanganui. The chtirch was very prettily decorated, and the ceremony, which was choral, was performed by the Rev: John Ross. Tl\efbride was given away by her father, i and was attended by Misses Davey and Templer. Mr. Noel Templer was best man, and Mjr. W. R. G. Thomson groomsman,. . The choir sang suitable hymns,, ancl^ as the party left the" church, tlic 6rgatnstf,"Mr. Sydney Butler, played Mendelssohn's "Wedding March." The guests were Subsequently e.ntertained at the residence of the bride's parents, where the usual toasts were heartily honoured. Mr. and Mrs. Tempter were the recipients of si large 'number of presents, including several from St.: Paul's choir and Guild, .of which organisations the bride had been an active member for some years; ' Mr. arid Mrs v Templer loft by the Main Trunk train for Auckland, " where the honeymoon will lie spent.
