Sir, —I hope the Reform Party will not neglect to record their votes at the second ballot. If they roll up, as they should do, on Thursday, there is not the slightest doubt that as far as Wanganui is concerned an end will be put to these sham Liberals. For 20 years they have humbugged the people with promises which were never intended to be fulfilled. —I am, etc.,
