THE CITY OF LINCOLN EXPLOSION.
ADELAIDE, December 9. Th"o Marino Board found that tho City of Lincoln explosion was caused by tho neglected and defective nature of r. stop-valve; and that such valves should bo specially designed with an exceptional factor for safety, and that no ono connected with the ship in any manner was blameworthy for the mishap.
