At the hearing or'tne Merchant Service Shipping Guild case, the President of the Federal Arbitration Court refused to include companies who wero parties to previous agreements still running. , This excludes from th.c present claims the Commonwealth Steamship Owners' Association and six inter-State companies belonging to ft, also the Melbourne Steamship Company.
