HAYDN BECK CONCERT.
The Opera House was packed to overflowing- last evening, when the last of 1 tlio series of sacred concerts in aid of the Haydn Beck fund took place. A very line programme was presented, nothing better having been heard for a very long time. The audience thoroughly enjoyed the treat provided. Tho contributing artists were Madame .Briggs, Mesdames Spillane,- Symes and Johnson, Messrs Spillane, Svvan and Buckley, Haydn Beck and E. Gilby. Madame Briggs, Mrs Spillano and Mr S. Austin played tho accompaniments.
