(Per Press Association.) j pUNEDIN, October 14. ! The Dunedin Jockey Club's Spring Meeting concluded to-day in cold* and showery weather, but the,course was in splendid order. The totalisator investments were £10,777, atf increase of £3408 on the second day of last year, and the total for the meeting was £19,----535 10s, an increase of £4758 on last pear's figures. Results :— ■ : Wakari Hurdles.—Gold Pin, 9.11, 1 j Ito, 9.9, 2; Redmond, 1019, 3. Also started —Stayboy and Optimeform. Won by half a head. Time, 2.52 4-5. Burnside Handicap.—Red,: White and ! Blue, 8.0, 1; Pure Gold, 8.10, 2; Somersault, 9.7, 3. Also started —Directoire, Otakeho, Troon, Mahuri, Brown and Lou'burn. Won by" a length and a:iuarter. Time, 1.18 1-5. The stewavds ; administered a caution to McCombe, the rider of Pure Gold, for crossing from the outside to the inside too soon. Ranfurly Handicap.—Cornet, 8.2, 1; C'oroniform, 8.7, 2; Outlander, 7.3. 3. A.lso started—Czar Kolohbl, Tangeroa, Adjudge, Firebell and Puaka. Won -by half a head. Time, 1.44 3-5. !
