I A Sydney cable announces the death of Mr J. F. Burns, ex-State Treasurer. I Mr John Fuller, tho head of the fia-m of Fuller aaid Sons, who is at present m town in connection with Fullers' Pictures, was a great favourite with! the last generation of theatregoers, when ho visited Wangaivui as the silver tenor ot Fuller's Myriaramai som© 15 years I ago. Since then Mr Fuller has moved about some, but he is very pleassd to »~e Wanganui again, and is quite- astonished at its great growth and general up-t.o-da.tft experience. He>. is an enthusiastic bowler, and yesterday was a visitor at the Wanganui green,'where jhe received a very kindly welcome from local bowlers. I .
