Mr. Justice Cooper granted an application by Edward Anderson, sharcbioker, for the removal of his name | from the register of tho Shortland FlatGoidmining Company, and an order for tho repayment of £250, paid by him \i\on his application for shares. The plaintiff had withdrawn his application tor tho shares before the notice ot: allotrrent had been despatched, and claimed that ho was enabled to do so, as the provisions of the Act in reference to allotment had not been complied with, viz., until the full capital of the coin--I'siny had been subscribed.
