TECHNICAL SCHOOL SITES.

ELEVEN SECTIONS LEASED

The Education Board reported last evening that the tenders of the following had been accented for the Technical Sclicd sites :—

Section I.—C. Heinold. Section' 2.—C. Heinold. Section 3.—McGruer and Co. Section 4.—McGruer and Co. Section 5.— J. A. Thompson and Co Section 7.— F. W. Ansley. Section &>— T. L Chamberlain. Section 9.-T. L. Chamberlain. Section 10.— J. Graham. Section 11.—Not let. Section 12.—Not let.

Section 13—Fresh Food and Ice Co

The total revenue which will be derived from the sections leased will- be £908 ss.

It was decided that Messrs Dix and Marchant be asked to subdivide the land. --.-I-:-: !

Sections' 1 and 2 kt& thos^ facing the Avenue, and next t"> the Presbvteriar Church. No. 4 is the corner section. on the Avenue and Guyton Street. The others face Guy ton Street. No. 13 being the last, on the-corner of Wiekstee*'' Street and Guyton Street.

Tenders are to .be accepted as from October 1, possession to be given' si: months afterwards.
