Tudor, to show the necessity of some action for maintaining "the reputation of Australian butter (,n the English market, stated that of 47(5 samples of Victoria butter taken during the IDOS-9 season 63 per cent, contained i-ruler 14 per cent, moisture. In the whole of the 1130 sompies taken in the 1909 season tho percentage had fallen to 47.
