(Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, September 13. Tho committee of the Canterbury Bnanch of.the Navy League decided to celebrate Trafalgar Day by deaoirating Victoria Square and by placing wreaths on the statue of Queen Victoria. It is also proposed to. have an entertainment at night at which patriotic songs and naval pictures will be given.
